Tear Down Classroom Walls: Memorable Teaching Experiences

Learning outside the classroom is not an end in itself; rather, it is a vehicle to develop the capacity of our students to learn. Students in an out-of-the classroom learning experiment can have more of a memorable learning experience than a lecture. In this classroom format, students solve problems through a number of stages: inquiry, selection, reflection, and debriefing. Out-of-the-classroom learning can make a difference!
