Self Assessment in Adult ESL/EFL Classes

Your students were tested, but results are below average. Your best students did not do well on the test. Obviously, there is a gap between the teaching-learning and the testing process. How do you address this gap? How do you incorporate testing in the learning process? Intended audience: Pre/in-service Teachers.
