This interactive presentation aims to give new teachers approaches to using poetry, short stories, novels and films with their ESL students. It will feature activities that the teachers can take away with them and use to make the magic of literature accessible and enjoyable for their students.
I am currently teaching at a technical college in Saudi Arabia and completing my MA-TESOL at Marlboro College Graduate School. Previously I taught for seven years in South Korea.
