Management/Governance: Methods and Means to Cope

The presenter will outline the various contempoary approaches to educational management and governance with a focus on pathway programs. The purpose is to explore and share the impact of globalisation and commercialisation on management of program delivery. Participants will be actively encouraged to reflect on and share their own context.

Dr Rodney Gillett is Director, English Language Programs at RMIT University Vietnam. He has extensive experience leading and managing ELT programs in Australia, Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East.
