This session is for faculty who teach writing skills and are concerned about plagiarism. The presenter will discuss research conducted in the field of forensic linguistics and how it can be applied to detecting plagiarism from a solid theoretical base.
Colin Michell is a faculty member of the Higher Colleges of Technology in Fujairah, UAE. He teaches Academic Reading and Writing, and diploma English on the General Studies programme.
