Communication Apprehension (CA) or Trait Anxiety is an important construct in human communication . It has been studied and investigated in many cultures and in various academic fields. A vast number of research studies have confirmed that CA influences people's achievements and failures.
I have been teaching at Language Institute, Thammasat University for about 25 years, and I have written three ESP course books. They have been published by the university press.
