Student evaluations of their teachers offer a great deal of educational benefits to the teaching / learning process in EFL classroom. However, many teachers considered student ratings as unrealistic and they based on non-instructional factors. This presentation involves an in-depth look at teachers' perspectives to non-instructional factors in students' ratings.
Ahmed is a lecturer in Applied Linguistics/TESOL. He has MEd (TESOL), BEd (English), IDLTM, and CELTA. He has presented widely worldwide and published research papers in international peer-reviewed journals.
Holi works for a public college in Oman. He is pursuing a PhD in the UK. His teaching and research interests include EMI .He presented widely at and published extensively.
